Acute or chronic rhinitis / sinusitis due to wind heat attacking the lung, marked by: blocked nose with thick or yellowish discharge, headache, red tongue with yellowish coating, slippery or tense pulse.

Dispels exogenous wind to relieve the exterior and purging the bowel to remove interior heat. For exogenous wind attacking on the constitutional hot body, marked by fever with chills, headache or dizziness, blocked nose, cough with sticky sputum, stuffiness in the chest, dry mouth with bitter taste, constipation, scanty and unsmooth urination, pink or red tongue with yellowish coating, floating or slippery pulse. it can also be used to treat boil, sores and eruption in the superficial aspect of the body.

Fear of wind and cold, spontaneous perspiration, palpitations, weak constitution, colds.
